Hannah Shepard is a painter and art professional living in Columbia, SC. She received her Master of Fine Arts degree from Savannah College of Art & Design. Awarded magna cum laude from College of Charleston, her undergraduate degree was a double major in Arts Administration and Studio Art with a minor in Art History. She has exhibited her work throughout Charleston and Atlanta, while also working as a store manager, assistant gallery director and interning for museums and non-profit spaces.

For the past two years, Hannah has served as the Executive Director of 701 Center for Contemporary Art, a non-profit contemporary art center that presents year-round exhibitions, an artist-in-residence program and educational events and workshops. She is now serving as Arts Editor for ELYSIAN magazine, overseeing the Arts & Culture section of the publication, website and app.
